Conjunction with the ISS

Event Date:
Sunday, November 8, 2015

On the morning of the 8th November, 05:52 UT, the series of conjunctions of Mars, Venus and Jupiter gets more interesting! The three planets are joined by the crescent moon - only 10.5% illuminated and the International Space Station!

The graphic below shows all 5 objects in a line with Jupiter at the top, then Mars, Venus then the ISS just north of Moon

A rare alignment and the ISS makes it extra-special!!
